Ordering invitations and signage?
If your order contains both stationery and large signage items, the applicable signage shipping rate will apply.

Production & Dispatch

As each order is personalised, production timeframes vary depending on the product selected.

Estimated production timeframes can be found on each individual product page. Shipping time is in addition to the listed production timeframe.

Please note that production will not commence until your artwork proof has been approved.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
