Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Larvant, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Semi-Custom Collections

Larvant's semi-custom collections allow for the personalisation of wording, event details and colour palettes while maintaining the integrity of the original design.

The following elements may be customised:

Names
Dates and times
Venue details
RSVP information
Event wording
Colour palette (where selected)

The following elements cannot be changed:

Fonts
Artwork and illustrations
Design concepts
Overall layout and styling

Proofing & Revisions

All personalised orders include:

One initial digital proof
Two rounds of revisions

Additional revisions will incur a fee of $80 per proof.

It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review all wording, spelling, grammar, dates and event details before approving artwork.

Larvant is not responsible for errors approved by the customer during the proofing process.

Production

Production will not commence until final artwork approval has been received.

Estimated production timeframes are provided on each product page and commence from the date of artwork approval.

Colour Variations

Every effort is made to accurately represent colours; however, slight variations may occur between digital screens, proofs, printed products and different cardstock finishes.

Exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed.

Personalised Products

As all products are made to order and personalised specifically for each customer, orders cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once artwork has been approved and production has commenced.

Shipping

Larvant ships Australia-wide.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are separate from production timeframes.

Once an order has been dispatched, Larvant is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers. If a parcel is lost or significantly delayed, we will assist customers in lodging an enquiry with the carrier.

Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, illustrations, product photography and content displayed on the Larvant website remain the intellectual property of Larvant and may not be reproduced, copied or distributed without written permission.
