PERSONALISATION

Each piece is thoughtfully personalised with your event details and wording. Layout adjustments will be made as required to accommodate your text while maintaining the integrity of the design.

COLOUR CUSTOMISATION

This design is shown in a carefully curated colour palette. Your order will be produced in the colours shown unless Custom Colour Palette is selected when ordering.

If custom colours are requested, we will prepare a personalised colour mock-up for approval before production. If you're unsure which colours work best together, we'll curate a colour palette that complements your chosen design.

TIMEFRAME

Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks from artwork approval, plus shipping time.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Place your order and submit your event details.

2. We will prepare your initial artwork proof.

3. Review your proof and request any changes.

4. Once approved, your sign will be sent to production.

5. Your finished sign will be carefully packaged and shipped to you.

PLEASE NOTE

• Your order includes an initial proof and two rounds of revisions.
• Revisions may be made to wording and colours only.
• Layout adjustments will be made as required to accommodate your wording.
• Fonts cannot be changed.
• Additional proof revisions will be charged at $80 per round.
• Colours will be matched as closely as possible to your chosen collection, however slight variations may occur between digital screens, printed products and different materials.
• Production will commence only after final artwork approval has been received.

As each piece is customised specifically for your event, all orders are final once approved for print.
