COLOUR CUSTOMISATION

This design is shown in a carefully curated colour palette. Your order will be produced in the colours shown unless Custom Colour Palette is selected when ordering.

If custom colours are requested, we will prepare a personalised colour mock-up for approval before production. If you're unsure which colours work best together, we'll curate a colour palette that complements your chosen design.

TIMEFRAME

Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks from artwork approval, plus shipping time.

HOW IT WORKS

Place your order and submit your event details.
We will prepare your initial artwork proof and colour mock-up.
Review your proof and request any changes.
Once approved, your stationery will be sent to production.
Your finished order will be carefully packaged and shipped to you.

PLEASE NOTE

• Your order includes an initial proof and two rounds of revisions.
• Revisions may be made to wording and ink colours only.
• Layout adjustments will be made as required to accommodate your wording.
• Fonts cannot be changed.
• Additional stationery items can be designed to match your chosen collection.
• Additional proof revisions will be charged at $80 per round.
• Please carefully review all wording before submitting revisions to avoid additional charges.
• Production will commence only after final artwork approval has been received.
• White Ink printing on coloured or textured stocks may display slight variations in opacity due to the characteristics of the printing process.
• Dark card-stock is required for white Ink printing.

As each piece is customised specifically for your event, all orders are final once approved for print.
